Little Master Jaxon Lesteen Floyd, age 0, of Broxton, Ga passed away on Tuesday, October 18, 2016, at Mayo Clinic Health System. Little Master Floyd was born on October 18, 2016, in Waycross, Ga to Dylan Floyd and Wendy Floyd.

Survivors include: his father and mother, Dylan and Wendy Floyd of Broxton, Ga; four brothers and sisters, Joyce Jones, Faith Reyle, Ashlyn Macomber, and Craig Roe all of Middleburg, Fl; paternal grandparents, David Floyd of Broxton, Ga, Kathy and Shelton Crews of Broxton, Ga; great grandparents, Inez and the late Lesteen Smith of Broxton, Ga, and Dora P. and the late Vernon Floyd of Broxton, Ga; maternal grandparents, Emma Boylen, Steven Boylen, and John Reyle all of Middleburg, Fl; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Graveside Service will be held on Sunday, October 23, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. at Harrell Cemetery with Rev. Milton Pate officiating.

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
