Lee Taylor was the speaker at the Douglas Kiwanis Club meeting Tuesday, Oct. 25, at the Flyin’ Cowboy restaurant. Lee gave a presentation about the local Boys and Girls Club to include recent events and the new Roundtree Teen Center.
The Kiwanis Club members enjoyed and appreciated his talk.
Also on Tuesday, JoAnne Lewis was presented with the Dr. Lewis Davis Award. This award recognizes individuals for their dedication and outstanding service to the community.
The Kiwanis club members warmly welcomed her and thanked her for everything that she has done and continues to do for our community.
