Estelle Roddenberry, age 95, of Broxton, Ga. passed away on Saturday, November 19, 2015, at Coffee Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. Mrs. Roddenberry was born on July 16, 1921, in Douglas, Ga. to the late Shaver Solomon and Eula Miller Solomon.
Survivors include: her special nephew, Sam Roberts, II of Broxton, Ga.; special cousin, Dorothy Perry of Pridgen, Ga.; cousin, Peggy Griner of Barnesville, Ga.; good friend and caretaker, Dale Weniger of Broxton, Ga.; special caretaker, Tommy Jack Christian of Broxton, Ga.; and several cousins. She was preceded in death by husband, Malcolm Roddenberry.
The family will receive friends Monday, November 21, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m at Reedy Branch Baptist Church. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, November 21, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Reedy Branch Baptist Church with Rev. Den Weniger officiating. Interment will follow at Reedy Branch Baptist Church Cemetery.
