Mrs. Betty Lou Daniel Leavens, age 71, of Douglas passed away Tuesday evening, December 27, 2016, at her residence following an extended illness. Mrs. Leavens was born July 5, 1945 to the late Albert E. Daniel and the late Louise Burch Daniel. She was also preceded in death by a son, Johnny Wayne Leavens.
Survivors include: Her Husband, Jerry Wayne Leavens of Douglas, GA; 1 Daughter, Tammy Leavens of Douglas, GA; 3 Brothers, Gene Daniel and Stanley Daniel both of Douglas, GA and George Daniel of Fort Paine, AL; 2 Sisters, Alice Duke of Douglas, GA and Donna Shrouder of Broxton, GA; 3 Grandchildren, Jamie (Rusty) Harper, Amber Gandy and Angela Gandy all of Douglas, GA; 3 Great Grand Children, Dawson Harper, Corbin Harper and Haiden Harper all of Douglas, GA; Several Nieces, Nephews, Other Relatives and Friends.
Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
