Several community members participated in the annual “Day On” Project at Little Lake Geneva Cemetery Monday, Jan. 16.  During the cleanup, approximately 29 graves were discovered and documented.

Over the past few years, on the MLK, Jr. Holiday, local citizens have participated with community “Day On” Projects led by Cemetery Attendant Henry Milhollin, City Manager Jacobs, American Legion Post 515, and American Legion 18.

Five Coffee County cemeteries have been cleaned up, and graves in those cemeteries have been documented.  Special thanks to the City of Douglas, American Legion Post 515, American Legion Post 15, and the community members who helped with this project.
