Clyde Sisk, age 71, of Douglas, GA passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2017, at his residence following an extended illness. Mr. Sisk was born on July 30, 1945, in Scottsboro, AL to the late James William Franklin Sisk and Bertie Mae Flippo Sisk.

Survivors include: his wife, Frances Sisk of Douglas, GA; three sons, Waylon Sisk of Johns Creek, GA, Tommy (Sheila) Sisk of Douglas, GA, and Wesley Sisk of Durham, NC; two sisters, Ruby Frazier of Ider, AL and Fannie Kirkland of Douglas, GA; three grandchildren, Lisa (Tracey) Graham, Samantha (Travis Williams) Sisk, and Stephanie (Barry) McKinnon; nine great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Eddie Sisk; and two sisters, Sarah Hurst and Mary Lou Gilbreath.

The family will receive friends Thursday, January 19, 2017 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m at First Assembly of God. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 19, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. at First Assembly of God with Rev. Marshall Adcock and Rev. John Williams officiating. Interment will follow at Rocky Pond Baptist Church Cemetery.

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
