WALB – TV reported Friday afternoon the arrest of Atkinson County Probate Judge Marjorie Lee O’Brien.
O’Brien faces one count of theft by taking and one count of violation of oath of office in regards to an incident involving between $12,000 and $13,000.
O’Brien was released from jail Friday on bond.
