These notices shall satisfy two separate but related procedural requirements for activities to be undertaken by the Douglas Housing Authority.

REQUEST FOR RELEASE OF FUNDS

On or about at least one day after the end of the comment period the Douglas Housing Authority will submit a request to the U.S. Department of Urban Housing and Development for the release of Capital Fund Program funds under 24 CFR 905.100 for 2015, 2016, & 2017, as amended, to undertake a project known as 937 Thrash Circle for the purpose of modification and new construction to the existing community, administration, and maintenance facility building to accommodate new administrative offices for the Douglas Housing Authority.  The estimated funding amount (HUD and non-HUD funding) is equal to $755,300.00.

FINDING OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT
