Susie “Sue” Paulk, age 71, of Douglas, Ga. passed away on Friday, July 14, 2017, at Coffee Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. Mrs. Paulk was born on September 1, 1945, in Eastman, Ga. to the late Johnny Hulett and Clifford Hart Hulett.

Survivors include: her husband, Rev. George Carroll Paulk of Douglas, Ga.; children: Lynn (Ray) Fussell of Douglas, Ga., Greg (Lynn) Kinnett of Jacksonville, Ga., and Chris Kinnett of Douglas, Ga.; step children: Tammy (Victor) Paulk of Ambrose, Ga., Debbie (Delbert) Davis of Pearson, Ga., and Lori (Andy) Lott of Douglas, Ga.; grandchildren: Jodi (Colton) Rogers of Douglas, Ga., Shelby (Landon) Dorminey of Englewood, Co., and Cari Kinnett of Broxton, Ga.; step grandchildren: Ashley (Del) Spivey of Pearson, Ga., Vic Paulk of Ambrose, Ga., Kayla Cato, Karli Cato, Martin Cato, Andrew Lott, Hunter Lott all of Douglas, Ga.; great-grandchild, Carter Kinnett of Broxton, Ga.; step great-grandchildren: Collyns Spivey, Dallas Spivey, Lexi Stone, and Sebastian Iglesias; sisters: Anges (Roy) Jones of Macon, Ga., Joann (Bug) Minshew of Broxton, Ga., Margaret Pridgen of Vidor, Tx., Marilyn (Archie) Rish of Broxton, Ga., and Debra (Darrell) Smith of Broxton, Ga.; brothers: Earl (Marlene) Hulett of St. Marys, Ga. and Gerald (Kathy) Hulett of Jacksonville, Ga.; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her two husbands, Claude Thomas “Tom” Kinnett and Greg Vickers; daughter, Teresa “Sissy” Kinnett Trowell; and brothers: Ralph Hulett and John Hulett, Jr.

Funeral Service was held on Monday, July 17, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Westwood Baptist Church with Rev. Ralph Griffin officiating. Interment followed at Evergreen Cemetery.

Sims Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
