On Thursday, July 20, 2017, the Douglas Area Employer Committee made a $1,000 donation to the Airbase Preservation & Development Committee (APDC).  The APDC was formed by the City of Douglas to preserve the historic WWII airbase and buildings located at Douglas Municipal Gene Chambers Airport.  For more information about APDC, please contact 912-389-3433.
