CTAE Director Brad Riner arranged for GA Department of Labor representative Ms. Connie Smith to share the GA BEST (Business Ethics Student Training) program with the CTAE (Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education) department. This program encourages educators to begin preparing tomorrow’s workforce today. It would be ideal for students to start learning and utilizing soft skills as early as Pre-K. Attendance, promptness, time management, greeting people with a handshake while making eye contact, teamwork and appropriate dress are just a few of the work ethics and character traits employers look for in new hires.

We appreciate the overview and encourage all educators and parents to support the development of work ethics in children. More about this program can be found at https://georgiabest.com/ .
