Portion of Bryan street to Coffee Ave will be closed Sept 7-9 for festival

The City of Douglas would like to make citizens aware that a portion of Bryan Street to South Coffee Avenue will be closed beginning Thursday, September 7, 2017, through Friday, September 9, 2017, for festivities during the South Georgia BBQ & Outdoor Festival. Customers of Windstream and Lyon Management, may enter those businesses from Gaskin Avenue turning onto Bryan Street and exit in the same manner. Customers of City Hall and the Douglas Housing Authority may enter and exit the businesses from South Pearl Avenue on Thursday, September 7, 2017. City Hall and the Douglas Housing Authority will be closed on Friday, September 8, 2017. Other business owners in the surrounding area should not be affected by the road closure.
