Maggie V Hulett, age 96, of Douglas, GA passed away on Thursday, October 19, 2017, at Residence. Mrs. Hulett was born on July 8, 1921, in Douglas, Georgia to the late David Argyle Peacock and Hannah Luvenia Sweat Peacock.
Survivors include: her sister, Mary Kirkland of Auburndale, Fl. and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Hulett was preceded in death: by her husband, William Rufus Hulett; sons: Jerone Knight and June Hulett; sisters: Hazel Spivey, Gladys Wade, Carolyn Stephens, Eva Mae Melton and brothers: Herbert Peacock, Royce Peacock, William Byron, Edwin Allen and Lamar Peacock.
Funeral Services were held on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Douglas Gospel Assembly where Rev. Allen Peacock officiated.
Interment followed at Chatterton Church Cemetery.
Sims Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
