Mrs. Christine Stacy Essary, age 63, of Douglas, Ga passed away on Friday, November 24, 2017 at CRMC. Mrs. Essary was born on September 19, 1954 in Cordele, GA to the late John Talmadge McColl and Eleanor Pauline Stacy. McColl.

Survivors include: husband, Willie Essary of Douglas, GA.; sons: Jessie Tomberlin of Lenox, GA and Harley Tomberlin of Lenox, GA.; sisters: Joy Hammack, Jan McCall, and Stephine Watson; grandchildren: Abigail Tomberlin and Hazel Squires; step-son,Trey Essary. She was preceded in death by: her father, John Talmadge McColl; mother, Eleanor Pauline Stacy McColl; and brother, William McColl.

The Memorial Service was held on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at 2 p.m. at the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home where Rev. Doug Walker officiated. Interment followws at Satilla Gardens Cemetery.

Sims Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
