Mrs. Daphine Fussell, age 86, of Ambrose, GA passed away on Thursday, December 28, 2017, in Ambrose, GA. Mrs. Fussell was born on May 12, 1931, in Ambrose, GA., to the late Pearlie Harper and Lunnie Vickers Harper.
Survivors include: daughters: Gail and husband Don Gillis of Ambrose, GA, Patsy and husband Bobby Carver of Ambrose, GA, Sherry and husband Gene Haskins of Douglas, GA, Kema Fussell of Douglas, GA; son, Stevie and wife Barbara Fussell of Douglas, GA; grandchildren: Wendy Arant, Corey Carver, Brittany Gillis, Chad Fussell, Kolton Fussell, Cody Smith, Ryan Smith, Sara Williams, Lauren Selph, Steve Gray, Garrett Spivey, Branden Selph; great-grandchildren: Jude Carver, Joella Carver, Carver Arant, Caitlann Arant, Christen Arant, Sydnie Fussell, Ben Fussell, Eli Holt, Rayne Steverson, Bryson Steverson.
She was preceded in death by: husband, Benjamin Fussell, Sr.; son, Benjamin Fussell, Jr.; and grandson, Michael Yeager.
Funeral Service was held on Sunday, December 31, 2017, at 3 p.m. at the Westwood Baptist Church where Rev. George Carroll Paulk officiated. Eulogy was given by Chad Fussell.
