The Douglas Kiwanis Club announces annual tree sale Feb. 3

The Kiwanis CLub will have its annual tree sale, Saturday, Feb. 3 from 9:30 a.m. until 3 p.m., in front of the old High School next to the Board of Education on Highway 441 South. Prices will range from $4 to $35, cash and checks will be accepted. All proceeds will go to support Kiwanis Youth programs and projects.

Fruit tress: plum, pear, apple, peach, pomegranate and fig

Citrus trees: orange, lemon, kumquat, grapefruit and tangerine

Other trees: olive, crape myrtle, dogwood (white and pink flowering), bottle brush, pecan, Bradford pear (white flowering), and leyland cypress

Potted fruit and vines: blueberry, grape, thornless blackberry

Shade trees: japanese magnolia, flowering cherry, weeping willow, river birch and red cedar

Flowering shrubs: camellias, azaleas and knockout roses
