ICE Cardinals enjoys special visitors at CAB meeting

Indian Creek Cardinals in thrid to fifth grade were treated to special guest speakers and prize drawings last Friday during our Caring Adult in the Building (CAB) meeting. Dr. Leis, superintendent; Brad Riner, CTAE director; Wade Sumner and Jameon Gaskin, local football stars; and Ms. Morgan, principal, spoke about the importance of coming to school every day and being on time. Ms. Morgan stated that students should not come to school sick, but it is very important that students be here and be on time if they are well. Learning happens every day at Indian Creek Elementary. Congratulations to the students who have had no absences or tardies this year and whose names were drawn to win prizes!

Fifth grader, Leonel Gonzalez-Martinez won a bike.

The following students won a gift card from Mrs. Morgan: 3rd- Draygon Brooks; 4th- Miesha Knight; 5th – Brody Hare

These students won a Cardinal Cup: 4th grade Samauria Fletcher; 5th grade Ella Benton; 5th grade Anna Capps

Mr. Brad Riner presented gift cards to the following students: 3rd-Annie Abundio; 4th -Reggie Bell
