Angela Candece Stone Hand, age 43, of Broxton, GA passed away on Saturday February 17, 2018 in Douglas, GA. Mrs. Hand was born on November 25, 1973, in Hazlehurst, GA to the late Wayne Madison Stone and Nancy Carol Dykes Stone.

Survivors include: husband, Freeman Hand of Broxton, GA.; daughters: Candace and husband Kevin Daughtry of Hazlehurst, GA, Amanda and husband Jimmy Benton of Hazlehurst, GA, Amy and husband Demetria Vazquez of Hazlehurst, GA., Samatha and husband Kyle Taylor of Mt. Vernon, GA.; sisters: Sherry Stone of Macon, GA and Rayla Stone of Jeffersonville, GA.; brothers: Timothy Stone of Alma, GA, Terry Stone of Hazlehurst, GA, and Cady Stone of Hazlehurst, GA.; step-son: Jeremy Hand of Tallahassee, Fl.; step-daughter, Judy Hand of CA.; 6 grandsons and 8 granddaughters; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by: father, Wayne Stone; and mother, Nancy Carol Dykes Stone.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, February 23, 2018, at 2 P.M. at the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Hazlehurst Memorial Cemetery in Hazlehurst, GA.
The family will receive friends on Friday, February 23, 2018 from Noon until the funeral hour at 2 P.M. at Sims Funeral Home.

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
