The City of Douglas Natural Gas Department recently conducted a quadrennial Public Awareness Program (P.A.P.) survey. Participants who completed the survey were eligible for a prize drawing. The survey was an assessment on how effective the P.A.P. is within the city’s natural gas system. Survey findings will be submitted to the Georgia Public Service Commission. Congratulations to the winners, Mrs. Raven Eady and Mrs. Jettie Morgan.
