James Gordon Schuettler, age 81, of Douglas, GA passed away on Tuesday, March 13, 2018, at CRMC. Mr. Schuettler was born on October 26, 1936, in West Palm Beach, FL to the late Gordon James Schuettler and Alice Florence Schuettler.
Mr. Schuettler was a self-employed carpenter and was a veteran of the United States Air Force.
Survivors are: daughter, Sherri Wong of Austin, TX; son, Lanleal Schuettler of Jupiter, FL; sisters: Jean Porter of Douglas, GA, and Judy and husband Leon Gaff of Douglas, GA.; niece, Brenda Porter Ramirez of Douglas, GA.; nephews: Gary Porter, Michael Gaff and Darrell Gaff; grandchildren: Daniel Wong of Austin, TX, Amanda Wong of Austin , TX, and Jaydn Schuettler of Jupiter, FL.
A memorial service was held on Monday, March 19, 2018 at 11 a.m at the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home where Re. Casey Wright officiated.
Sims Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
