Eva Kay Wright, age 71, of Douglas, GA passed away on Wednesday, April 4, 2018, at St. Vincent’s Hospital following a brief illness. Mrs. Wright was born on February 10, 1947, in Douglas Georgia to the late Rev. J. C. Little and Dorothy Gieger Little.

Mrs. Wright was a homemaker and a member of Harrell Grove Baptist Church.

She was also preceded in death by: a grandchild, Audrey Anna Wright.

Survivors include: husband, Eustace Wright of Douglas, GA.; daughter, Holly Bennett of Douglas, GA; sons: Ashley Wright and wife Wilda of Broxton, GA and Tony Wright and wife Janet of Douglas, GA; brother, John Ashley”Peanut” Little of Douglas, GA; grandchildren: Caleb Wright, Anslie Wright, Tiffany Cowart and Amanda Wright; great-grandchildren: Kayson Cowart and Nolan Wright.

Funeral Services were held on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 3 PM at the Harrell Grove Baptist Church where Rev. James “Jim Bo” Steed, Rev. Kenneth Matthews and Rev. Harold Barnes officiated. Interment followed at Satilla Memorial Gardens.

Sims Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
