Peggy Dawn Marsh, age 59, of Douglas, GA passed away on Tuesday, April 10, 2018, at her residence following an extended illness. Mrs. Marsh was born on April 24, 1958 in Fulton Co. Georgia to the late Adam L D Cason and Doris Cason.

Mrs. Marsh worked as a substitute teacher in the Jefferson County and Coffee County School systems and also loved the outdoors.

She also preceded in death by: a sister, Joyce Jennings; and a brother, Larry Cason.

Survivors include: husband, Wayne Marsh of Douglas, GA; sister, Donna McGowan of Louisville, GA; goddaughter, Jenna Watkins of Bartow, GA; sister-in-law, Vicki Boose of Douglas, GA; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at 2 PM at the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home with Rev. Matt Rutland officiating.

A graveside service will be held on Friday April 13, 2018 at 2 pm at Central Baptist Church Cemetery, Wadley, GA.

Sims Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
