Sheyanna Jolyne Smith, age 20, of Douglas, GA passed away on Tuesday, April 17, 2018, at her residence. Mrs. Smith was born on July 1, 1997 in Douglas, Georgia the daughter of Kenneth Edward West of Douglas, GA and Crystal Shannon Harden of Broxton, GA.
Survivors include: her husband, Caleb Smith of Douglas, GA; sisters: Shelby Day of Douglas, GA and Courtney West of Lakeland, FL; step-brother, Josh Harden of Douglas, GA; step-sister, Chynna Harden of Douglas, GA; grandparents: Cliff and Linda Mobley of Broxton, GA; grandparent, Dwain Stapleton of Broxton, GA and grandparent, Nidia Harden of Callahan, FL.
Funeral Services were held on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 11 A.M. at the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home where Rev. Rodney Courson officiated. Interment followed at Broxton City Cemetery.
Sims Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
