Mr. Jimmy Scott “Farmer” Anderson, age 44, of Douglas, Georgia passed away on Friday, June 29, 2018, at his residence.  Mr. Anderson was born on October 18, 1973, in Douglas, GA. to Jimmy Anderson and Wanda Carver Anderson Foskey.

Survivors include: wife, Julie White Anderson of Douglas, GA.; mother, Wanda Joyce Carver Foskey of Baxley, GA; father, Jimmy Darrrell Anderson of Ambrose, GA; daughter, Raegan and husband Thomas Holton of Douglas, GA; sons: Matthew Wiggins of Douglas GA and Brandon Wiggins of Douglas, GA; sisters: Sandy and husband John Oxendine of Baxley, GA. and Wendy and husband Casey Hutcheson of Baxley, GA; a lifelong brotherly friend, Ben Day; grandfather, Alton Carver of Ambrose, GA; several nieces and nephews and his beloved pet, Marley.

Funerals services were held on Sunday, July 2, 2018, at 4 p.m. where Rev. Phillip Corbean and Rev. Craig Jump officiated.  Interment followed at the Douglas City Cemetery.

Sims Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
