Police search for accused fraudster, need the public’s help

The Douglas Police Department is looking for someone. And once again, the department has turned to Facebook for help.

Monday afternoon, officers from the police department announced that the department has obtained warrants for the arrest of Adam J. Cato. Cato is wanted for financial transaction card theft and four counts of financial transaction card fraud.

Anyone with any information that would assist in locating Cato is asked to contact the Douglas Police Department, the Tips Line at 912-260-3600, or your local 911 center. Information can also be shared on the department’s Facebook page.
