APD announce arrests for the week of August 20, charges ranging from loitering to DUI

—–August 20th Arrests—–

APD arrested Stacy Tyle Lee, 51 of Alma, in the 200 block of S. Worth St on outstanding arrest warrants.

APD arrested Patrick Robinson, 31 of Alma, for loitering following a call for service at the Alma Hotel. Robinson has been arrested multiple times this year for related offenses.

—–August 22nd Arrests—–

APD and the Georgia Department of Community Supervision arrested Antonio Posley, 31 of Alma, and Myiesha Nails, 23 of Alma, for possession of controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of dangers drugs following a search of their home located in the 300 block of W. 17th St. Posley is currently on parole for an unrelated offense.

APD arrested Jaquon Thomas, 18 of Alma, in the 400 block of S. Church St for possession of marijuana and outstanding bench warrants.

APD arrested Terry Maxwell, 56 of Thomasville, for driving on a suspended driver’s license and a brake light violation following a traffic stop on W. 16th St.

—–August 23rd Arrest—–

APD arrested Sharfic King, 40 of Alma, for criminal trespass at Flash Foods and obstruction of law enforcement officers following a foot pursuit on S. Wayne St.

—–August 24th Arrests—–

APD arrested Carl White, 57 of Alma, and Kelvin Wims, 45 of Alma, for disorderly conduct with violence stemming from a call in the 100 block of Taylor Rd.

—–August 25th Arrest—–

APD arrested Kenny Locke, 35 of Alma, on an outstanding burglary warrant from an incident in March of 2018.

—–August 26th Arrests—–

APD arrested Romillo Ramirez, 25 of Valdosta, for failure to maintain lane, no driver’s license and driving under the influence following a traffic stop on W. 12th St.

APD arrested Travis Underwood, 41 of Alma, in the 100 block of W. 12th St. for battery (family violence).  Underwood’s arrest resulted from a call on August 15.
