Mrs. Hazel Darlene Green Kellogg, age 55 of Douglas, passed away late Wednesday night, October 24, 2018 at Memorial Satilla Health in Waycross following a short illness. Mrs. Kellogg was born December 17, 1962 to the late Ralph Allen Green and the late Hazel Mae Plummer Green.
Survivors include: Husband Orie Douglas Kellogg of Douglas; children Priscilla Rose Kellogg, Christopher Allen Kellogg and Dallas Cheyenne Kellogg Wells, all of Douglas; brothers Ralph Allen Green of Lake Wales, Fla., and Randy Allan Green of Okeechobee, Fla.; half-sister Addie Bennett of Louisville, Ky.; 15 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
Mrs. Kellogg will be taken to Akin-Davis Funeral Home 438 E Sugarland Highway Clewiston, FL. 33440.
Interment will follow in Ortona Cemetery 8898 West State Road 78 Moore Haven, Fla., 33471.
