Francis Paul Keanon, Jr., age 76, of Fitzgerald, passed away on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Dorminey Medical Center, Fitzgerald. Mr. Kennon was born on November 22, 1942, the son of the late Francis Paul Keanon Sr. and Naomi Lois Roach Keanon.
Mr. Keanon was a retired veteran of the United States Navy with 21 years of service, including serving during the Vietnam War.
Survivors include four brothers, David Clifford Keanon (Judy) of Bayhalia, Mississippi, Eugene Thomas Keanon (Laura) of Silver Springs, Md., John Robert Keanon (Cynthia) of Douglas, and Leon Charles Keanon of Fredricksburg, Va.; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorialization is by cremation.
