Hurst and Hurst CPAs is pleased to announce the merger of Guilford Bookkeeping and Tax Services with Hurst and Hurst CPAs effective January 1, 2019. This merger will expand Hurst and Hurst’s offering in the small business and agriculture sectors. The combined firm will operate under the Hurst and Hurst CPA name which has earned a reputation for delivering superior service to small businesses and individuals. This merger will expand their client base and allow them to continue to deliver a broad suite of tax, accounting, and investment services as well as offer the latest technological platforms to their clients.

Mr. Guilford has an outstanding reputation for client service. I am looking forward to assuming his responsibilities as he begins a well-deserved transition into retirement.
