Wilson, Anderson sworn in as fire marshals

Georgia Firefighter Recognition Day was held in Atlanta on Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2019.  Douglas Fire Department (DFD) Fire Chief Larry Wilson, DFD Captain Brantley Anderson, and DFD Asst. Fire Chief Bryson Lott attended the Georgia Firefighters Recognition Day at the Capitol. 

 

Governor Kemp addressed the firefighters and expressed his sincere thanks for the duties that firemen perform each day while risking their lives to save others from fire in Georgia.  As part of the ceremony, DFD Chief Wilson and Captain Anderson were sworn in as local fire marshals.
