Brooklyn Carelock, age 23, of Wray, passed away on Thursday February 14, 2019 at University Medical Center in Augusta. Ms. Carelock was born on April 8, 1995 in Coffee County, the daughter of Raymond Lamar Martin and Misty Elaine Carelock.
She was a stay at home mom and a member of The Sanctuary. Brooklyn was preceded in death by a sister, Courtney Spivey.
Survivors include her parents, Lamar Martin and Misty Carelock of Wray; son, Axton Santiago of Wray; three brothers, Corey Martin of Wray, Austin Martin (Christian) of Ambrose and Drew Spivey (Chelsea) of Wray; grandparents, Ricky Carelock of Wray and Susan Caves of Wray; spouse, Guido Santiago of Wray; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Monday February 18, 2019 at 2 p.m. at The Sanctuary with Rev. Josh Peavy, Rev. Nick Martin and Rev. Christopher Martin. Interment will follow at Pridgen Church Cemetery.
