Georgia White, age 78, of Douglas, Georgia passed away on Saturday March 9, 2019 at Memorial Hospital, Jacksonville, Florida. Mrs. White was born on January 3, 1941 in Alamo, Georgia the daughter of the late Edward W. Seabolt and Claudia A. Rogers Seabolt.Mrs. White was a homemaker and a member First Congregational Christian Church.She was preceded in death by her husband, Cleveland White, daughter, Sherry Alice Tanner, son, Darren Mike White and son-in-law, Scott Anderson. Survivors include daughter, Julie Anderson of Douglas, GA; two sons, Robin Cleveland White (Carin) of Douglas, GA and Ryan White of Douglas, GA; nine grandchildren, Whitney Ann White, Haley Tanner, Matthew Wiggins, Holly White, Raegan Wiggins, Brandon Wiggins, Heidy White, Cheyenne Porter and Zane White; four great grandchildren, Breanna, Dalton, Calli and Hunter; sister, Nell Jump of West Green, GA; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday March 12, 2019 at 4:30p.m. at the First Congregational Christian Church with Rev. Matt Rutland and Rev. George Carroll Paulk officiating. Interment will follow at Douglas City Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6pm until 8pm at Sims Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Brandon Wiggins, Matthew Wiggins, Thomas Holton, Zane White and Mitchell Jump.
