Mr. Charles Edward Ladson, Jr. age 49, of Douglas, passed away, Thursday, May 16, 2019 at Coffee Regional Medical Center in Douglas following an extended illness.

Survivors include: Wife Mary Taylor Ladson of Douglas; sons Clint Carter and wife, Jasmine of Douglas and Butler McKensie Ladson of Fernadina Beach, Fla.; daughters Crystal Carter of Douglas and Amber Carter Pittman and husband, Ralph, of Waycross; brothers Mike Jewell of Pearson, Tony Jewell and wife, Sandy of Ray City and Mark Ladson of Nashville; sisters Rebecca Scott of Pearson, Sandy Hudson and husband, Jerry, of Douglas, and Chrystal Vining and husband, Brian, of Douglas; six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services for Mr. Ladson were held, Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at Willacoochee Church of God, in Willacoochee with Rev. Lance Taylor officiating.  The interment followed in Willacoochee City Cemetery. 

Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson was in charge of the arrangements.
