Mr. Andrew Tarell Wiggins was born on September 12, 1991 in Savannah, to Late Oscar Wiggins and Late Thelma Lee Johnson Wiggins. 

He was a graduate of Atkinson County High School in Pearson. At a young age, Andrew joined Ebenezer Baptist Church in Willacoochee under the leadership of Rev. Bobby Harris. He departed this earthly life on June 2, 2019 in Quitman.

He was preceded in death by two stepbrothers, Jerome Wiggins and Allen Wiggins. 
He is survived by his brother, Vonidor Johnson of Atlanta; stepbrothers and sisters Terry (Gladys) Wiggins of Ambrose, Oscar (Wanda) Wiggins Jr. of Gates, N.C.., Paul (Sharon) Wiggins of Philadelphia, Pa., Ruby Parker of Philadelphia, Pa., Pauline Everett of Charleston, S.C., and Naomi Wiggins of Douglas; sister-in-law Emma Wiggins of Douglas; uncles and aunts, Ida Myers of New York City, Robert Johnson of New York, Hardwrick Johnson of New Jersey, Brenda Johnson of New Hampshire and Otis Johnson and Andy Johnson of Atlanta; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. 

Mr. Andrew Wiggins passed away June 3, 2019. Funeral services were held Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Union Holiness House of Deliverance in Willacoochee. Burial followed in Oak Grove Cemetery in Pearson.
