Ms. Barbara Ann Rowland Trull, age 74, of Douglas, passed away Wednesday afternoon, June 26, 2019 at Vista Park Health and Rehabilitation following an extended illness. Ms. Trull was born June 12, 1945 to the late Horace Rowland and the late Evelyn Bullard Rowland. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Trull; son, Steven Michael Wilkinson; grandson, David Russell “Rusty” Wilkinson, Jr.; sister, Burnell McNatt; and brothers, Billy Rowland and Benny Rowland. 

Barbara, a native of Coffee County, was a homemaker. She attended The Sanctuary on Waldroup Avenue. 

Survivors include: Son, David Russell Wilkinson of Douglas; sister, Bonnie Thomas and husband Wayne of Douglas; brother, Bobby Rowland and wife Norma of Douglas; granddaughter, Alicia Wilkinson of Meridian, Mississippi; great grandson, Austin Wilkinson of Meridian, Mississippi; a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.

The funeral service was Sunday afternoon, June 30, 2019 at 4:00 P.M. at the Chapel of Ricketson Funeral Home with Rev. Britt Peavy officiating. The interment followed in Douglas City Cemetery. 

Ricketson Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
