Satilla Regional Library announces annual bookmark contest

Satilla Regional Library is having its eleventh annual bookmark art contest. The theme is “My Favorite Book/Character.” Those in grade categories 3-4, 5-6, 7-9, and 10-12 may enter. There will be a winner in each of these grade categories for Coffee and Atkinson counties. The contest starts Monday, September 2 and runs through Monday, September 30, 2019.

Visit any Satilla Regional Library branch in Douglas, Broxton, Ambrose, Nicholls, Pearson or Willacoochee and pick up an entry form or print one off the website at www.srlsys.org to enter.

The contestant must submit their artwork in person to any Satilla Regional Library branch by Monday, September 30, 2019. The winners will receive a Wal-Mart gift card, copies of their bookmarks, and a framed certificate. Each winner will have copies of their bookmarks displayed at each Satilla Regional Library branch in their county and will be distributed to the public. If you have any questions please call (912) 384-4667. Get creative and draw!
