Sandra Walker, age 80, of Ambrose, passed away on Monday, October 14, 2019, at Coffee Regional Medical Center.  Mrs. Walker was born on September 5, 1939, in Douglas to the late Clark Dennis Vickers and Clara Virginia Paulk Vickers.

Survivors include: Daughter Trina (husband Dr. Steve) Wilkerson of Willachoochee; son Dr. Trey (wife Wendy) Denton of Statesboro; brother Kirby Vickers of Ambrose; sister Virginia Mayers of Ponte Vedra, Fla.; granddaughters Dustin Deen, Michele Donahue, Shay Wilkerson, Dr. Esta Shah and Dr. Kimberly Koch; grandsons Daniel Denton and Gage Wilkerson; great-great children Eliza Vaughn, Macey Smith, Demi Donahue, Lily Denton, Kindle Donahue, Abhi Shah, Charlotte, Denton, Audra Deen, Janie Koch, Evie Shah; and special companion Tony Bell.

Memorial Services will be held on Friday, October 18, 2019 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home with Rev. Shep Johnson officiating. 

Family will receive friends Friday October 18, 2019, 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM October 18, 2019

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
