Sylvia Oates, the wife of Terry Oates, passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2019. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, November 9, 2019 at Young’s Chapel Missionary Baptist Church.
A scholarship fund has been set up in memory of Sylvia S. Oates at Wells Fargo Bank. Donations can be made at any Wells Fargo Bank to the Sylvia Oates Scholarship fund. Checks are to be made out to the same.
