Mr. Johnny Clark Nobles, age 65 of Nicholls, passed away early Sunday morning, November 17, 2019, at his residence following an extended illness. Mr. Nobles was born November 16, 1954 to the late James Clark Nobles and the late Betty Jean Hutcheson Nobles. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Janice Knapp.

Mr. Nobles, a native of Coffee County, was a merchandiser with Flash Foods. He was a member of Calvary Mission Holiness Baptist Church.

Survivors include: His wife Sharon Jan Nobles of Nicholls; children Bobby Jo Davis and wife Amie of Oklahoma, Dajuana D. O’Neal and husband Michael of Douglas, Michelle Spivey and husband Frankie of Douglas, Christal Michelle Mullis and husband Justin of Nicholls, Holly Music and husband of Phillip of Alma, Joshua Clark Nobles of Douglas, and  Clarence Derrick Whitley and wife Amy of Douglas; 20 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.

The funeral service will be Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. at Calvary Mission Holiness Baptist Church with Rev. Gene Chaney officiating. The interment will follow at Chatterton Cemetery.

Ricketson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
