Ms. Lillian Faye Tomasich McFarland, age 75 of Alma, passed away early Monday morning, November 25, 2019, at Twin Oaks Convalescent Center in Alma, following an extended illness. Ms. McFarland was born December 15, 1943 to the late Oscar Tomasich and the late Merle Carter Tomasich. Ms. McFarland was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth McFarland; and a son Anthony Richardson.

Ms. McFarland, a native of Mobile, Ala., was a homemaker. She attended First Assembly of God Church in Douglas.

Survivors include: Daughter Paige Adcock of Douglas; daughter-in-law Mary Ann Richardson of Mobile, Ala.; step-children Dana McGill of Aiken, SC; Wendy McFarland of Ocilla, Steven McFarland of Ocilla, and Stephanie Everett of Stone Mountain; siblings Diane Long, Tony Tomasich, Linda Martin, Brenda Hall, Margaret Langley and Anita Hopper, all of Mobile, Ala.; grandchildren Chris Adcock of Richton, Miss., Brooks Adcock of Douglas Samuel McGill and Mary Frances McGill, both of Aiken, S.C., Linda Grace Everett, Joseph Everett and Micah Everett, all of Stone Mountain; great grandchildren Anthony Adcock and Asher Adcock, both of Richton, Miss. and Blaine Adcock of Douglas.

The graveside service and interment will be Wednesday afternoon, November 27, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at Pinetta Cemetery in Irwin County with Rev. Marshall Adcock and Rev. Chris Adcock officiating.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday November 27, 2019 from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at Ricketson Funeral Home.

Ricketson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
