Ruby Hall Anderson, age 80 of Douglas, passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at Vista Park. Mrs. Anderson was born on November 9, 1939 and was the daughter to the late Glenn Hall and the late Lois Marie Steverson Hall.

She was a seamstress for thirty years at Federal Corset and former manager of Faye’s Dress Shop.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Burnell Anderson; daughter, Angela Batten; and two brothers, Johnny Hall and Willis Hall.

Survivors include daughter, Donna A. O’Steen of Douglas; brother, Billy Hall of Douglas; four grandchildren, Amy Bradford of Ambrose, Kendra Troupe of Fitzgerald, Ben Batten of Ambrose, and Kacie Fletcher of Fitzgerald; six great grandchildren.

Graveside services were held on Sunday, December 8, 2019 at 2:00pm at Satilla Memorial Gardens with Chuck Sims officiating.

Sims Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
