On Wednesday, December 18, 2019, the Douglas-Coffee County community celebrated the grand opening and ribbon cutting for New Day Nutrition. Many friends and family gathered to celebrate with owners, Cliffy and Alexa Smith, on this special day in the life of their business. Alexa and Cliffy Smith thanked all those in attendance and recognized the many people who helped them along the way. Pastors Gregory and Jackie Pope of Covenant Church prayed over the business and asked God’s blessings for the Smith family and their new business venture. Stanley Lott, Past Chairman of the Douglas-Coffee County Chamber of Commerce, congratulated the owners and staff on their grand opening and offered support on behalf of the Chamber of Commerce. 

New Day Nutrition is a health and nutrition serving Coffee County with meal replacement shakes and protein-based products. Their meal replacement shakes are under 300 calories and have 30 grams of protein. Their tea bombs burn calories and give you energy using natural, healthy substances unlike many energy drinks.
