Rev. Carlie Lastinger, Sr., age 86, of Pearson, passed away Saturday, January 4, 2020 at his home in Pearson following an extended illness.

Survivors include: Wife Fredra Lee (Turner) Lastinger; sons Carlie Lastinger, Jr. (Wanda) of Pearson, Larry Lastinger (Janie) of Dublin, Terry Lastinger of Dublin, Bruce Lastinger (Gwynne) of Pearson, and Adam Lastinger of Waycross; daughters Renita Lastinger (Lee) Corbett of Valdosta, Karlynn Lastinger Barnes (David) of Brunswick, Celeste Lastinger (Charlie) Bray of Willacoochee and Arlene Lastinger Crosby of Pearson; grandchildren Crystal (Tidwell) Carter, Forrest (Summer) Lastinger, Daniel (Danielle) Lastinger, Tracy Ruth Lastinger  Ritch, Paula Horn, Corey (Melanie) Horn, Ryan Lastinger (Whitney), B.J. (Tray) Platt, Kaycee Lastinger, Heather Corbett, Walker Long, Morgan Lastinger, Ashlin (Sam) Heath, Boatright, John Boatright, Mikell Boatright, Janna (Austin) Walton, Laura Victoria Lastinger, Samuel Lastinger, Jonathon Guthrie (Kelsey), Gabrielle (Lupe) Lopez, Abigail White, and Joshua White; great-grandchildren Tyler Hulett, Caleb Hulett and Cole Carter, Ciarah, Mya and Destiny Lastinger, Levi, Aiden and Raelynn Lastinger, MaryRuth Ritch and Ryland Ritch, Lacey (Tracy) Burnsed, Bailey Kitchings, Rylee Horn, Emery Horn, Garrison, Graham and Ryleigh Lastinger, Arlo Platt, Ivy Bonner, Karlee Heath and Kenzie Heath, Maddox Boatright, Kylee Grace McDaniel, and Brayden, Zayden and Avalyn Lopez; great-great grandchildren Christopher Thompson Jr, Maggie Rae Thompson and  Mollie Reece Thompson.

Funeral services for Rev. Lastinger will be held Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. at Ozias Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Johnson officiating.  The interment will follow in Red Bluff Cemetery.

Visitation for Rev. Lastinger will be held on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at Relihan Funeral Home from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M.

Rev. Lastinger will lie in state at the Ozias Freewill Baptist Church on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 from 12:00 P.M. until the funeral hour.

Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson is in charge of all the arrangements.
