David Lonnie Jarrard, age 58, of Broxton, GA, passed away on Wednesday, February 26, 2020, at his residence. Mr. Jarrard was born on March 17, 1961, in Fort Lewis Washington to the late Lt. Col. George Vernon Jarrard Sr., and the late  Bonnie Dale Kitchens Jarrard.

Survivors include: Sisters Judy Jarrard Pridgen of Wray, GA and Cindy Jarrard Pridgen of Spartanburg, SC; brothers William Richard “Rick” Jarrard of Spartanburg, SC and George Vernon Jarrard Jr. of Douglas, GA; nieces Sheri Mincey, Lindsay  Jarrard,  Carrie Jarrard,  Suzanne Pridgen,  Ashley Pridgen,  Holly Biershenk, and Jarrard Pridgen; nephews William Pridgen and Jonathan Pridgen.   

He was preceded in death by a nephew, Terry Jarrard.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 11:00 AM at the Broxton City Cemetery with Rev. Robert Wigley officiating.

The family will receive friends Saturday, February 29, 2020 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Sims Funeral Home.

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
