Carolyn W. Hall, age 76, of Douglas, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2020 at Coffee Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Hall was born on August 17, 1943 in Berrian County, Georgia the daughter of the late Louis Smith Browning and Mary Bruce Browning.

Mrs. Hall was a homemaker and was a Jehovah’s Witness. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Gene Hall.

Survivors include her daughter, Carmen Powell Colwell of Douglas, GA; three grandchildren, Karis Hall, Kasey Powell and Chase Powell; four great grandchildren, Hunter Hall, Kaia Lowery, Jayden Zuniga and Lexi Powell; two sisters, Marilyn Barker of Ray City, GA and Judy Crawford of Atlanta, GA; two brothers, Jerry Browning of Alapaha, GA and Johnny Browning of Alapaha, GA; several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2020 at 2:00pm at Satilla Memorial Gardens. Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, attendees are asked to comply with the current guidelines and restrictions concerning containment of the coronavirus, including social distancing.

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
