Free athletic/JROTC physicals will take place on Thursday, June 11 on the campus of Coffee Middle School. Any student that is involved in the JROTC program or plans to participate in athletics at Coffee Middle or Coffee High should take advantage of this free annual opportunity.
Physical forms can be picked up from coaches/advisors or from the athletic office at Coffee High, the main office at Coffee Middle, the main office at GWCC or the main office at Coffee High.
Please note the following:
Athletes will report to and enter the Middle School gym. Please have your portion of the physical form completed upon check in.
The process will be completed and athletes will exit from the CMS auditorium
Please adhere to the following assigned times:
12:30 Rising Seniors
1:00 Rising Juniors
1:30 Rising Sophomores
2:00 Rising Freshmen
2:30 Rising 8th
3:00 Rising 7th
3:30 Rising 6th and Others
No visitors will be allowed in the building. Only athletes, athletic staff and medical staff will be allowed into the facility.
