Regina Sue Faulkner, age 67, of Douglas, Georgia passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at Coffee Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Faulkner was born on August 28, 1952 the daughter of the late Robert L. Rawlins and Mildred Purvis Rawlins.

 

Regina was the Department head of the Respiratory Department at Coffee Regional Medical Center for years and the director of Lifeline. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dorman Faulkner.

 

Survivors include her son, Robert Brantley Fulp (wife Tiffany) of Douglas, GA; grandchild, Gabby Fulp of Douglas, GA; brother, Dan Rawlins (wife Peggy) of Hiawassee, GA; two nephews, Noah Rawlins and Nathan Rawlins.

 

Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at 11:00am at Sims Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rodney Courson officiating. The family will receive friends Monday evening, July 20, 2020 from 6pm until 9pm at Sims Funeral Home.

 

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

 

Those attending are asked to maintain the recommended safe social distancing of six feet and wear protective masks in accordance with the State of Georgia guidelines concerning the coronavirus.
