Mr. Jerry Davis, age 81 of Pearson, Ga., passed away, Sunday, July 19, 2020 at his home surrounded by his loved ones.

 

Survivors include: His wife of 59 years, Gloria Cannon Davis of Pearson, GA; sons Lamar Davis and wife Tina of Pearson, GA, Mitchell Davis and wife Missy of Pearson, GA, and Jonathan Davis of Pearson, GA; daughter Margie Barlow and husband Mike of Kingsland, GA; grandchildren Ashley Davis, Brandon Davis, Cody Davis, Zachary Davis, Ariel Grantham, Koby Davis, Makenzie Davis, and Michael Barlow; great grandchildren Carleigh Woods, Carson Davis, Jackson Davis, and Emerson Barlow; special relative and best friend Edwin “Tater” Davis Sr. of Pearson, GA; special longtime friend Lene Rowell of Douglas, GA; several nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.

 

Graveside services for Mr. Davis will be held at 9:00 A.M. on Tuesday, July 21, 2020, at Sweetwater Cemetery in Pearson with Rev. Bobby Fussell officiating. The interment will follow in Sweetwater Cemetery.

 

In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made in his name to Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church to the address 3796 Hwy 441 North Pearson, Ga. 31642.

 

Attendees are asked to comply with the current guidelines and restrictions concerning containment of the coronavirus, including social distancing.

 

Relihan Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
