Patricia Lynn Shiver, age 72, of Douglas, Georgia passed away on Friday, September 11, 2020 at Coffee Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Shiver was born on September 26, 1947 the daughter of the late Rev. James Monroe Batten and Kathleen Harper Batten.

 

Mrs. Shiver was a homemaker and a member of Salem Holiness Baptist Church.

 

Survivors include her husband, James B. Shiver of Douglas, GA; son, Craig Shiver of Douglas, GA; four grandchildren, Kayla Shiver of Ocala, FL, Michael Shiver of Essex, MO, Andrew Shiver of Douglas, GA and Preston Shiver of Douglas, GA; brother, James LaRue Batten of Douglas, GA.

 

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic interment services at Salem Church Cemetery will be private. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

 

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
