Kiler Keith Kirkland, 66

Kiler Keith Kirkland, age 66, of Nicholls, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at St. Vincent’s Hospital, Jacksonville, Florida. Mr. Kirkland was born on October 7, 1953 in Coffee County, Georgia the son of the late Kenneth Kiler Kirkland and Melva Jean Tanner Kirkland.

 

Mr. Kirkland worked as a truck driver, loved drag racing and was of the Baptist faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Kay Story Kirkland.

 

Survivors include two sons, Timothy K.  Kirkland of Jacksonville, FL and Kenneth K. Kirkland of Nicholls, GA; grandchildren, Nickolaus Kirkland, Sandi Kirkland, Kaia Kirkland and Kelia Kirkland; brother, Michael Kirkland of Nicholls, GA.

 

Graveside services will be held Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 2:00pm at Roberts Cemetery with Rev. David Bowen officiating. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery. Pallbearers will be Johnny Johnson, Tim Anderson, Juan Espinosa, Jimmy Williams, Allen Hutcheson and Darrin Kirkland.

 

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
